NORWAY - FAMILY RUNNING & SWIMMING FUN part two | twoplustwocrew

Had the crazy idea of going for a family run which ended up as a blueberry and wild strawberry picking, moaning, crawling, climbing and finally swimming adventure while Sam just ran off and left us trailing behind! Nice scenic run through the forest, loads of wild flowers, very pretty here on Tromoy. I am sure we didn't break any records but it was good to get out and stretch the legs. Sometimes it's hard work to get everyone motivated to do something (put shoes on etc etc.)but it ended up with everyone getting a little exercise so mission accomplished!
